An obituary of John Yehya-en-Nasr Parkinson appears in The Islamic Review, April 1919, on pages 149–152. The obituary is indicated at the end as written by Al-Qidwai, who would be Sheikh Mushir Hosain Kidwai of Gadia. Parkinson died, according to this report, on 3 December 1918.
